Objective

The aim of the project was to provide some insight into the food colourants market globally. The aim was to provide quantitative data with 5 years of historic data and estimations for the next 5 years. 

The client was particularly interested in understanding the segments of the markets colours vs. lakes;  natural vs. synthetic vs. colouring foodstuffs, and caramel as a colour. 

The client also required an opinion on the potential growth in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Method

Utilising CPL’s network of senior industry executives, combined with desktop research and information from its own databases,  CPL was able to provide authentic, hard-to-get data which was thought to provide a more realistic view compared to data found in some publically available published reports.

The report was completed within a compressed timescale to meet the needs of the client.
