The objective of this project was to assist a client in assessing the potential for various mineral additives used to manage mycotoxin problems in animal feed. The cost and performance of mycotoxin binders varies by their source and physiochemical attributes. Various strategies are used to differentiate these products and improve their performance.
CPL Business Consultants produced a detailed report on the various product categories, their properties, benefits, trials data and companies producing them. We also advised our client on a strategy to diversify and enhance its exiting product platform including information on how it should position its products relative to the competition.
