The show is hosted in Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and the in-person Food Ingredients Europe event runs from  – 2 – 4 December 2025. Whilst exhibitors have access from 8:00, and VIP registrants have access from 9:00, Food Ingredients Europe (Fi Europe) 2025 Exhibition visitor opening times are:

• 2 December: – 10:00 – 18:00
• 3 December: – 10:00 – 18:00
• 4 December: – 10:00 – 16:00
