Laura Marshall Memorial Award
The event also includes the Laura Marshall Memorial Award which has two categories recognising ‘Technology & Disruption’ and ‘Sustainability & Ethics’ within the Personal Care and Cosmetic industry. For award entrants, ‘Technology & Disruption’ includes all aspects of the industry from the latest formulation to new test methods, an innovative packaging format, electronic advances and beyond: ideas which push the boundaries and break the mould of the cosmetics industry. The 2025 winner in the Innovation & Disruption category was Croda Beauty for its Biomimetic Bond Building Serum formulation, featuring KeraBio™ K31. Azelis won the Sustainability & Ethics award with its Moisture Shot Jelly.
