His areas of expertise include flavours, functional ingredients (prebiotics, probiotics, vitamins, rare sugars and fibres) and food ingredients (hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, sugars, sweeteners, dairy ingredients, fruit preparations).
Simon completed his Economics, Materials and Polymers degree at Swansea University, is an experienced team and executive coach and is well qualified in various competencies, including change management, business planning, sales and account negotiation.
