In this case study, a US-based hydrocolloids company engaged CPL Business Consultants to assist with sales development for modified starch ingredients in European dairy markets.  CPL  identified opportunities for its modified starch ingredients in dairy products and made recommendations on how the market for these products could be developed. We described and quantified end-user markets and identified manufacturers that might serve as partners and a route to market.

CPL’s report quantified the potential market and profitability for the client. CPL was also able to initiate new product development trials for the client’s modified starch at major dairy manufacturers.
