Objective

The objective of this project is to assist our client in identifying acquisition or partnering opportunities for business areas including inoculants, yield enhancements and biopesticides.

Method

This project involved identifying and obtaining data on potential companies, which was done using an extensive network of contacts (the CPL Value-Net), the internet and proprietary reports. The scope was North and South America.

The study was carried out by assembling a list of the companies operating in the market sectors of interest. The list was filtered based on factors such as size and location and the remaining targets then investigated and analysed. Recommendations were then prepared according to the client’s criteria and reported in full.
